Pottery4Peace is a community-based ceramic fundraiser bringing together local artists, ceramic studios, and community members to support children and families experiencing food insecurity.
Through Pottery4Peace, local ceramic artists and studios donate handmade pieces of pottery that are then offered to the community through fundraising events and sales. Proceeds from these pieces are donated to nonprofit organizations working to improve food access for children and families in the Sacramento region.
The project was created by an elementary educator with a connection to the Twin Rivers Unified School District and a passion for both ceramics and supporting students and families in the community.
Our goal is simple: use art to create meaningful community impact.
Every donated piece of pottery represents more than a work of art—it represents an opportunity to help provide food and resources to local children and families who need them.
Artists donate. Communities come together. Pottery creates impact.
